• No Alcohol allowed. One group permitted to use property at a time.
• Payment to "Yarmouth Recreation" to be made in full on date of reservation. 2 separate checks required, one is returnable. Blocks of property use can be reserved between 10am to dusk.
  $90 fee. $10 deposit for Restroom.

• Only 3 parking spaces.
• No parking on street, so you may consider small shuttle.
