• Permit required and reservations required. Up to 75 guests.
• No Alcohol allowed. One group permitted to use property at a time.
• Payment to "Yarmouth Recreation" to be made in full on date of reservation.
• Blocks of property use can be reserved between 10am to dusk.
• 2 separate checks required: $105 wedding permit fee ($110 if using grills and pavilion). $10 deposit for restroom key (user responsible for closing restrooms and returning key to office for returnable deposit).

Yarmouthport's Boardwalk at Bass Hole (small ceremonies only) at end of Center Street

• Permit Required.
• Small Ceremonies Only of groups fewer than 20.
• Only 3 parking spaces.
• No parking on street, so you may consider small shuttle.
• No restrooms, port-a-john brought in during summer.

Dennis Wedding Ceremony Locations

• No Permit Required.  However as a courtesy, call or email the town's Natural Resources Department to let them know what you are planning to confirm permission and availability.
• Site is limited to very small ceremonies, only several people.
• Parking limited too.
• Use of tower site is subject to when gate is open (Dennis Police Department opens and closes gate daily), which is typically during business hours.
